Shipping

Orders over $50 ship for free in the Continental US. Orders under $50 are charged a flat $5 shipping fee in the Continental US. For any orders outside of the Continental US please contact Jack's first before placing your order.  Jack's ships via USPS Priority Mail.

Tax

We are required to charge a 8.5% tax on all California orders.

Returns

Clearance items (an item discounted by 30% or more from the original price) are final sale and my not be returned.

We accept returns within 14 days if:

• unworn, unwashed, no odors, no damage or stains
• has not been altered
• original tags still attached
• receipt included

You may return an item for a different size, if available, or for Jack's store credit.  Sorry, no refunds.

The shipping cost of returns is the responsibility of the customer. Customers must first get a return authorization before sending an item back. To get an authorization please email Jack's at returns@jacksonchestnut.com with your name, date of purchase, item, and reason for the return.

Merchandise Availability

Since the same inventory you see here on this site is also being sold in our stores, we ocassionally may be out of stock in something when you place your order.  If that occurs we will promptly notify you and refund your money.
