You can either purchase products through our online shop or phone Jack's at 415.409.6114 and we'll process your order over the phone. We list only a limited number of items in our online shop, so please contact us about any specific items or styles you want, and we'll try to fulfill your request.
What about pricing?
You’ll pay the same price as you would pay in the store, with the added benefit of free shipping. We are required to charge sales tax on all CA-based purchases.
How do you process payments?
Jack's uses PayPal payment processing. After you've completed your shopping and go to your cart, the rest of the process is managed by PayPal. You can either log into an existing PayPal account or enter your credit card and shipping information. Either way, you are guaranteed the most secure payment processing system on the Web. Upon completion of your payment, PayPal will redirect you to Jack's Web site. Jack's will contact you within 24 hours of your purchase with shipping and delivery information.
And shipping?
We ship to you for free. It’s as easy as that. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order ships. Jack's uses a variety of shipping methods (USPS, UPS, and FedEx), and most items take two to five days to reach their destination.
What if I need to return something?
You can return an item within 14 days of receipt as long as it is unworn and unwashed and its tags are attached. Please call first for a return approval. After the return, you’ll receive a Jack’s gift card in the amount of the return, which you can apply to future purchases. Sorry, we don’t give cash or credit refunds.
What if I place my order and you're out of stock?
We'll immediately contact you to see if you want us to try to get the item or refund your payment. It’s your choice.
